Mr. Butler has held critical leadership private and public sector roles. He previously served as Sr. Director for Industry Strategy & Solutions; Director of Clinical Health and Quality; and Vice President of Health in professional services firms.

For more than 20 years, he served within the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) leading national programs. He is a national leader in generating results in clinical and operations management, population health, and the effective use of health information systems and knowledge management. Mr. Butler has been a speaker at national and international conferences.

Mr. Butler received his Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs, Master of Public Health and Master of Business Administration degrees from The George Washington University.
